Common use of Xxxxxxxx’s Liability Clause in Contracts

Xxxxxxxx’s Liability. Tenant shall look solely to the interest of Landlord in the Building or Buildings for satisfaction of Xxxxxx’s remedies, and no other property or assets of the Landlord shall be subject to levy, execution or other enforcement procedure for the satisfaction of Xxxxxx’s remedies.
