Common use of Xxxxxxxxx Benefit Clause in Contracts

Xxxxxxxxx Benefit. If Employee is terminated by reason of an Involuntary Termination of Employee's employment (other than a Termination for Cause), the Company will make a severance payment to Employee in an aggregate amount equal to the sum of one (1) times Employee's then-current annual rate of base salary in monthly installments over a one year period following the date of Employee's Involuntary Termination.

Xxxxxxxxx Benefit. If Employee is terminated by reason of an Involuntary Termination of Employee's ’s employment (other than a Termination for Cause), the Company will make a severance payment to Employee in an aggregate amount equal to the sum of one six (16) times months of the Employee's ’s then-current annual rate of base salary in monthly installments over a one year six (6) month period following the date of Employee's ’s Involuntary Termination.

Xxxxxxxxx Benefit. If Employee is terminated by reason of an Involuntary Termination of Employee's ’s employment (other than a Termination for Cause), the Company will make a severance payment to Employee in an aggregate amount equal to the sum of one (1) times year of the Employee's ’s then-current annual rate of base salary in monthly installments over a one year twelve (12) month period following the date of Employee's ’s Involuntary Termination.

If Employee is terminated by reason of an Involuntary Termination of Employee's employment (other than a Termination for Cause), the Company will make a severance payment to Employee in an aggregate amount equal to the sum six (6) months of one (1) times Employee's then-current annual rate of base salary in monthly installments over a one year six (6) month period following the date of Employee's Involuntary Termination.
