Common use of Xxxxxxxxx Benefit Clause in Contracts

Xxxxxxxxx Benefit. As payment in full of its obligations under the Employment Agreement to pay severance benefits upon an Involuntary Termination, the Company will pay to Xx. Xxxxx $315,000, in cash, paid in accordance with the Company’s payroll schedule over the twelve (12) month period following the Termination Date.

Xxxxxxxxx Benefit. As payment in full of its obligations under the Employment Agreement to pay severance benefits upon an Involuntary Termination, the Company will pay to Xx. Xxxxx Xxxxx, an aggregate cash amount equal to $315,000, 969,500 in cash, paid in accordance with the Company’s payroll schedule over the twelve a lump sum within thirty (1230) month period following days of the Termination Date. The Company will continue for a period of 12 months after the Termination Date all welfare benefits (other than disability and severance plan benefits) to which Xx. Xxxxx is currently entitled pursuant to his Employment Agreement.

Xxxxxxxxx Benefit. As payment in full of its obligations under the Employment Agreement to pay severance benefits upon an Involuntary Termination, the Company will pay to Xx. Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx, an aggregate cash amount equal to $315,000, 227,923 in cash, paid in accordance with the Company’s payroll schedule monthly installments over the twelve (a 12) -month period following after the Termination Date. The Company will continue for a period of 12 months after the Termination Date, all health benefits to which Xx. Xxxxxxxx is currently entitled pursuant to his Employment Agreement.

Xxxxx Xxxxxx, an aggregate amount equal to $315,000, 305,000 in cash, paid in accordance with the Company’s payroll schedule monthly installments over the a twelve (12) month period following the Termination DateDate and will continue for a period of 12 months after the Termination Date , all health benefits to which Xx. Xxxxxx is currently entitled, pursuant to his Employment Agreement.
