Common use of Xxxxxxxxx Classes Clause in Contracts

Xxxxxxxxx Classes. For any secondary certificated teacher not eligible for assistance under Sections 35.2.1 or 35.2.13 the District shall provide $200 compensation per class per semester when any single class exceeds 34 students, as measured on the count dates in Section 35.2.5.

Xxxxxxxxx Classes. For any secondary certificated teacher not eligible for assistance under Sections 35.2.1 32.2.1 or 35.2.13 32.2.13 the District shall provide $200 250 compensation per class per semester year when any single class exceeds 34 studentsstudents (36 students for Physical Education), as measured on the count dates in Section 35.2.532.2.3.
