XXXXXXXXX OF ULTRA XXXXX TERMS. i. If any term of this Agreement shall be found to be Ultra Xxxxx of the Town, or otherwise unlawful, such term shall conclusively be deemed to be severable and the remainder of this Agreement, mutatis mutandis, shall be and remain in full force and effect.
