Xxxxxxxxx PA and Xxxxxxxxx PA Lands Sample Clauses

Xxxxxxxxx PA and Xxxxxxxxx PA Lands. CRPC and Royale acknowledge and agree that as of the Effective Date the Xxxxxxxxx PA Lands, other than the Xxxxxxxxx Earned Interests, shall be and are hereby included as part of the Mineral Interests within the Farmout Lands, and shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. CRPC and Royale further acknowledge and agree that as of the Effective Date the Xxxxxxxxx PA shall be and is hereby terminated with respect to the Xxxxxxxxx PA Lands other than the Xxxxxxxxx Earned Interests. The Xxxxxxxxx PA and the Xxxxxxxxx XXX shall continue in effect, as applicable, in accordance with their terms only with respect to the Xxxxxxxxx Earned Interests. CRPC and Royale shall execute, acknowledge, deliver, and record such instruments, and shall undertake such other actions, as may be reasonably necessary to carry out the intent of this Section 1.
