Xxxxxxxxx Period. An employee who has received a formal written layoff notice, and who is unable to displace another County employee or secure other regular County employment, may separate from County service fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the effective date of the layoff and receive his or her normal base salary for the hours he or she would normally be scheduled to work during that fourteen (14) day period.
Xxxxxxxxx Period. The twenty-four (24) months following Employee’s termination without Cause or resignation for Good Reason.
Xxxxxxxxx Period. The "Severance Period" will be the period beginning March 1, 2006, and ending the earlier of August 31, 2007, or the date on which Xx. Xxxxxx begins employment and receives income from another employer.
Xxxxxxxxx Period. The "Severance Period" is the six-month period beginning on the date of termination of EMPLOYEE's employment or such longer period as offered by the acquiring company consistent with acquiring company's policies and practices or industry practices at that time.
Xxxxxxxxx Period. For purposes of this Agreement, the term Severance Period means the period from your Separation Date through to the end of the period in which you are receiving any severance payments or through the entire bridged period if that applies to you.
Xxxxxxxxx Period. For purposes of this Agreement, the term Severance Period means the period beginning on your Separation Date and ending 78 weeks following your Separation Date.
Xxxxxxxxx Period. The “Severance Period” is the twenty-four (24)-month period beginning on the date of termination of Employee’s employment with Parent and the Operating Company or such longer period as offered by the acquiring company consistent with acquiring company’s policies and practices or industry practices at that time.
Xxxxxxxxx Period. “Severance Period” means the number of months following Executive’s termination of employment with the Company, determined as follows:
Xxxxxxxxx Period. Severance Period shall mean the period commencing on the Employee’s Separation Date and ending twelve (12) months thereafter.
Xxxxxxxxx Period. 3. The period from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025, shall be considered the Severance Period. During the Severance Period, the Executive will not perform any duties for the Company but will receive severance payments as follows.
