Xxxxxxxxx Terminal. 1. All UP and SSW operations within the new Herington Terminal limits shall be consolidated into a single operation. The terminal includes all UP and SSW main lines, branch lines, industrial leads, yard tracks and stations between or located at the points indicated. All UP and SSW road crews may receive or leave their trains at any location within the terminal and may perform work within the terminal pursuant to the applicable collective bargaining agreement, including national agreements. The Carrier will designate the on/off duty points for all yard crews, with these on/off duty points having appropriate facilities as currently required in the collective bargaining agreement. Interchange rules are not applicable for intra-carrier moves within the terminal.
