You may cancel a specific Electronic Transfer Instruction prior to the transmission time on the process date for that transaction if it is a business day. Any Electronic Transfer processed before 12:00 p.m. Central must be canceled prior to that time, and any Electronic Transfer processed at 12:00 p.m. or after must be canceled by 4:00 p.m. Central. For Electronic Transfer Instructions scheduled to process on a non-business day, cancellation instructions must be provided before 12:00 p.m. Central of the following business day.
