Xxxxxxxxxx and Unauthorized Use of Room. The resident must not allow anyone to live in his/her room or assign his/her room to anyone. The resident who allows their room to be used in this manner is in violation of this provision and are subject to disciplinary action and a fine not to exceed the full room charge for each violation. Persons improperly residing in the resident’s room shall be subject to the same guidelines and fines. Violations will result in disciplinary action and possible termination of this contract.
