Common use of Xxxxxxxxxx of Facility, Site and Licensed Area Clause in Contracts

Xxxxxxxxxx of Facility, Site and Licensed Area. Licensee shall not do or permit to be done anything which will invalidate any fire, extended coverage, or other insurance policy covering the Facility, the Site or the Licensed Area, the State or the Judicial Council’s interest in the Facility, the Site, or the Licensed Area, or that will violate any warranty for the Facility, the Site, the Licensed Area, or roof if the System is roof-mounted. Licensee shall comply with all Applicable Laws and Regulations, and recommendations of the Judicial Council or the State, including without limitation any risk management department or office or any other department or office performing a similar function.
