Xxxxxxxxxx Request. The Primary Servicer shall promptly, but in no event later than five (5) Business Days after receipt, provide to the Master Servicer a copy of any written 00Xx-0 Xxxxxxxxxx Request, withdrawal of a 00Xx-0 Xxxxxxxxxx Request, or rejection of a 00Xx-0 Xxxxxxxxxx Request received by the Primary Servicer and such other information in the possession of the Primary Servicer reasonably requested by the Master Servicer to fulfill its obligations under Section 2.02(g) and Section 2.03 of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement.

Xxxxxxxxxx Request. When Distributed -A Beneficiary of a deceased Participant entitled to a distribution who wishes to receive a distribution must submit a request (either in writing or in any other form permitted under rules promulgated by the IRS and DOL) to the Plan Administrator. If required in writing, such request shall be made upon a form provided by the Plan Administrator. Upon a valid request, the Plan Administrator shall direct the Trustee (or Custodian, if applicable) to commence distribution no later than the time specified in the Adoption Agreement for this purpose and if not specified in the Adoption Agreement, then no later than 90 days following the later of 1. the close of the Plan Year within which the Participant dies; or 2. the close of the Plan Year in which the request is received.
