Xxxxxxxxxxx Period. The Option shall terminate on the Expiration Date; provided, however, that if Optionee ceases to be either an Employee or a Consultant prior to the Expiration Date, then the Option shall terminate earlier pursuant to Sections 5, 6, and 7 of Article II below.
