Year 2000 Compliance Investigations and Reports. The Target has furnished the Acquiror with a true, correct and complete copy of any written internal investigations, memoranda, budget plans, forecasts, or reports concerning the Year 2000 Compliance of the products, services, operations, systems, supplies, and facilities of the Target and its Subsidiaries and the Target's and its Subsidiaries' vendors. The terms as used within this Section 3(l) have the following definitions:
