YEAR EMPLOYEES Sample Clauses

The 'Year Employees' clause defines how employees are counted or classified based on their employment within a specific calendar or fiscal year. Typically, this clause outlines criteria for determining who qualifies as a 'year employee,' such as those who have worked a minimum number of hours or months during the year, and may specify how part-time or seasonal workers are treated. Its core function is to establish a clear standard for employee eligibility or benefits calculations, ensuring consistency and fairness in applying employment-related provisions.
