Year-End Report. The year-end report will be due forty-five (45) days following the end of the contract period. Report format is identified in Exhibit D and is to include the following information:
Year-End Report. The Vendor shall submit a year-end report to the Program Manager thirty (30) days before the Vendor’s annual permit review date. In its report, the Vendor shall describe its progress in implementing each element of the Vendor’s plans and evaluate the effectiveness of each implemented element in meeting the Program’s goals and permit requirements. The year-end report shall also include the rider report described in Requirement DS1.1; DS1.2
Year-End Report. The City will provide the District a year-end summary report documenting SRO activities, including but not limited to the number of: student contacts, parent contacts, classroom presentations, and school functions attended, to the District’s superintendent. XXXx also will be responsible for the preparation and submission of police department reports and documents which will be maintained and disseminated by the police department Records Unit.
Year-End Report. On or before January 10, 2011, the Company shall provide the Stockholder Representative with a final Monthly Report comparing the Company’s actual operating performance for fiscal year 2010 against the Operating Budget (the “Year-End Report”). The Stockholders acknowledge and agree that the amounts in the Year-End Report (i) shall be based solely on the books and records of the Company as of December 31, 2010 and (ii) shall not have been audited and/or reviewed by the Company’s independent auditors and, therefore, such amounts may be subject to change based upon the completion of the Company’s year-end financial reporting processes and the audit of the Company’s financial statements by the Company’s independent auditors.
Year-End Report. (a) In any Fiscal Year in which (i) Astellas, its Affiliates and/or Sublicensees have incurred payment obligations under Section 4.1 above, and (ii) there are Generic Sales, Astellas shall provide to NGX a year end report detailing: (a) the total Generic Sales and Non-Generic Sales on a [***] for the just concluded calendar year; (b) the calculation of the ***Certain information on this page has been omitted and filed separately with the Commission. Confidential treatment has been requested with respect to the omitted portions. total Earned Royalties due for such calendar year based on the application of Section 4.2.2(b) above; and (c) the difference, if any, between the amount calculated pursuant to subsection (b) of this Section 4.6.2 and the total Earned Royalties actually paid to NGX under Section 4.6.1 for such Fiscal Year (such difference, the “Royalty Adjustment”). Year end reports shall be due [***] following the end of the Fiscal Year to which they relate.
Year-End Report. Within sixty (60) days following the end of the fiscal or calendar year a financial report will be available upon request.
Year-End Report. CONTRACTOR shall submit a year-end report to ADMINISTRATOR by July 31, 2012. The report shall include an evaluation section which shall contain, but not be limited to, an analysis of the effectiveness of the AOD prevention strategies implemented toward reaching performance objectives and performance measures, a discussion of successes, barriers encountered, and recommendations for future projects. CONTRACTOR shall use the report format provided by ADMINISTRATOR.
Year-End Report. The MdR CVB shall prepare a year-end report within 45 days after each year’s end for review by the Director. Each year-end report shall detail the activities and disbursements of the MdR CVB during the year and the current status of ongoing projects and activities planned for the remainder of the Agreement term.
Year-End Report. Contractor shall submit to the Commission a narrative report that summarizes the project goals accomplished during the term of this Agreement. This report shall be limited to two pages in length, and shall be submitted within thirty calendar days of the expiration of this Agreement, or in the event of earlier termination, within thirty calendar days of such termination.
Year-End Report. The Grantee must submit a year-end report no later than the last day of April 2022.
