Common use of YEAR OPTION Clause in Contracts

YEAR OPTION. (2) The tenancy created under this Agreement will be for a period of twenty (20) years and will commence on January 1, 2016 and end on December 31, 2035, unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

YEAR OPTION. (2) The tenancy created under this Agreement will be for a period of twenty twenty-five (2025) years and will commence on January 1, 2016 and end on December 31, 20352040, unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

YEAR OPTION. (2) The tenancy created under this Agreement will be for a period of twenty fifteen (2015) years and will commence on January 1, 2016 and end on December 31, 20352030, unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
