YEARLY BONUS PAYMENTS. In addition to the RCO Bonus pursuant to Section 4(a) above, the Chief executive Officer of the Company (the “CEO”) shall consider, at the end of each calendar year, payment of a yearly bonus to the Executive in the amount equal to 2-4 monthly salaries of the Executives at such time, subject to the discretion of the CEO.
