Common use of Yellow Pages Clause in Contracts

Yellow Pages. Licensee shall, if requested by Licensor, list separately, or participate in a listing, in the Yellow Pages of his local telephone directory containing such copy as may reasonably be specified by Licensor. The cost of listing shall be paid by Licensee, or by Licensee and other participating licensees in the case of a joint listing. Licensor shall not specify an unreasonably expensive listing.
