YETI Adjustments. If YETI finds that any Change should result in a change in the cost or time of performance of this Agreement or any Purchase Order, YETI in its sole discretion may make an equitable adjustment to the applicable Product Purchase Price or delivery time. Nothing in this Section 4, including any disagreement with YETI as to the equitable adjustment, shall excuse Supplier from performing its obligations under the Agreement or any Purchase Order as they may have been Changed.
