YETI Facility Rules. To the extent any employees, agents, sub-suppliers or other subcontractors of Supplier are required to enter any YETI facility to perform Supplier’s obligations under the Agreement, Supplier shall cause such employees, agents, sub-suppliers or other subcontractors to abide by any applicable rules that YETI may have in effect or hereafter put into effect at such facility, including without limitation rules relating to workers, safety, use of cameras, security and confidentiality procedures or requirements, designated entrances, hours of work and the handling of equipment or materials.
