Yield Maintenance Charge. The term “Yield Maintenance Charge” shall mean an amount equal to the greater of:

Yield Maintenance Charge. Upon any termination of any LIBOR Borrowing Rate (including, but not limited to, conversion to another rate) or payment of all or any portion of any LIBOR Borrowing Rate Amount on a date other than the last day of the then applicable LIBOR Interest Period, as the case may be, including, without limitation, (i) voluntary prepayment, (ii) acceleration following an Event of Default, or (iii) repayment in response to a notice under Paragraph 9.4., Borrower shall pay to Bank on demand a yield maintenance charge calculated in accordance with Exhibit A.
