Common use of Yield Payments Clause in Contracts

Yield Payments. On each Monthly Payment Date, Seller shall pay to the Agent for payment to the applicable Purchaser an aggregate amount equal to the accrued and unpaid Yield for the Calculation Period then most recently ended of each such Receivable Interest in accordance with Article II.

Yield Payments. On each Monthly Payment Date, Seller shall pay to the Administrative Agent (for payment to the applicable Purchaser benefit of the Committed Purchasers) an aggregate amount equal to the accrued and unpaid Yield on each Committed Purchaser Interest for the Calculation Accrual Period (or portion thereof) then most recently ended of each such Receivable Interest in accordance with Article IIended.
