Common use of Yield Payments Clause in Contracts

Yield Payments. On the Settlement Date for each Purchaser Interest, Seller shall pay to the applicable Purchaser an aggregate amount equal to the accrued and unpaid Yield for the entire Tranche Period of each such Purchaser Interest in accordance with Article II.

Yield Payments. On the Monthly Settlement Date for each Purchaser Interest, Seller shall pay to the applicable Purchaser an aggregate amount equal to the accrued and unpaid Yield for the entire Tranche most recently ended Accrual Period in respect of each the portion of Capital held by such Purchaser Interest during such Accrual Period in accordance with Article II.

Yield Payments. On the Settlement Date for each Purchaser Interest, Seller shall pay to the Administrative Agent for distribution to the applicable Purchaser an aggregate amount equal to the accrued and unpaid Yield for the entire Tranche Period of each such Purchaser Interest in accordance with Article II.

Yield Payments.
