Yield Protection Premium. Without limiting the foregoing, whenever the Yield Protection Premium is in effect and payable pursuant to the terms hereof or any other Loan Document, such Yield Protection Premium shall be payable on each prepayment of all or any portion of the Loans, whether by optional or mandatory prepayment, acceleration or otherwise (other than any prepayment pursuant to any scheduled amortization payment pursuant to Section 3.01(a) or 3.01(b)).
