Common use of You authorise Clause in Contracts

You authorise. (a) us to collect the relevant personal information about you from any relevant agencies, in particular any health agencies who possess information relating to your physical and mental health; and (b) any agency to disclose such relevant information, and in particular, any health agency to disclose information relating to your health to us.
