Your Account Information a. You may use the Site to access information about your account. You understand that Pershing will attempt to update account transaction history and portfolio values (to the extent that information about such values is available and has been received from pricing sources used by Pershing) by the next Business Day.
b. You understand that the information provided is not all-inclusive and is not intended to provide an official record of your account. Information about some investments in your account may not be available through the Site.
Your Account Information. We value and respect your privacy, and we will only use your Account Information as permitted by this Agreement and the Privacy Policy. In order for us to provide the PSB System to you and to refine and improve the PSB Tests, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non- exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, copy, adapt, create derivative works of, store, host, publish, display, distribute, communicate, and transmit your Test Responses and other Account Information. We will only share your Account Information with third parties as permitted by the Privacy Policy.
Your Account Information. It is Your responsibility to keep Your account information current. If You fail to do so, or fail to respond within five business days of SoftLayer inquiring as to the validity of Your information, You will be in material breach of this Agreement. You agree that for each domain name You register, the following information will be made publicly available in the Whois directory, and may be sold in bulk, as set forth by ICANN policy and the ICANN agreement: The domain name Your name and postal address The email address, postal address, voice and fax numbers for technical and administrative contacts The Internet protocol numbers for the primary and secondary name servers The corresponding names of the name servers The original date of registration and expiration date You agree that, to the extent permitted by ICANN, SoftLayer may make use of the publicly available information You provided during the registration process. If You engage in the reselling of domain names, You agree to obtain informed consent, and evidence of consent, from those individuals about the possible use of the personal information they provide, pursuant to ICANN policy.
Your Account Information. It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your Site account information, and you are responsible for all use of the Site through your account information. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other actual or suspected breach of Site security.
Your Account Information. In order to set up your Goalsetter Account, InTouch Credit Union will provide us your account setup information, including: name, date of birth, Social Security Number, email address, phone number, (collectively “Account Information”).
Your Account Information. In order to set up a user profile you must provide the following information: name, date of birth, Social Security Number, home address, email address, profile name, phone number, password, (collectively “Account Information”). We will verify your identity and eligibility to open a Goalsetter account, in accordance with applicable law. You consent to and authorize us to make any inquiries we consider necessary to verify your identity. These inquiries may require you to take steps to verify information you provide against third-party databases or other sources, such as government records. You may also have to verify ownership of your U.S. bank account. If you do not provide the requested information or we cannot verify your identity or your ownership of your U.S. bank account, we can refuse to allow you to use the services.

In order for us to provide the Lumin Service to you, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, copy, adapt, create derivative works of, store, host, publish, display, distribute, communicate, and transmit your Account Information. We will only share your Account Information with third parties as permitted by the Privacy Policy.

You must notify Bright MLS immediately about any unauthorized use of your or anyone else’s Account Information. Uploading Listing Content. Prior to submitting Listing Content, you must obtain all Consents to xxxxx Xxxxxx MLS the following license, which is hereby granted: a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, transferable, royalty-free license to use, distribute, reproduce, display, adapt, create derivative works of, and perform the Listing Content in any form, in whole and in part, and in any manner, and to sublicense those rights through multiple tiers. Bright MLS will not distribute Listing Content for its advertising purposes without your prior consent. Bright MLS may add watermarks, metadata, tracking materials, notices, or disclaimers to Bright MLS Content that you may not delete, cover, or alter, and each must be reproduced on all copies of Bright MLS Listing Content. You may not use the Bright MLS Service or Bright MLS Content or input Listing Content in a manner that (i) infringes any third party’s rights; (ii) violates any law or regulation; or (iii) is false, misleading, defamatory, or that Bright MLS determines xxxxx Bright MLS or any other party.
