Your acknowledgments and confirmations. 19.1 If you disclose to us that you have entered into the Agreement as the agent or representative of another person: (A) your obligations under the Agreement will continue, and you will not be relieved of these; and (B) that person will not be relieved of any relevant obligation. 19.2 Unless we agree with you otherwise, you have sole responsibility for the management of your tax affairs, including making any applicable filings and payments and complying with any laws and regulations in relation to taxation applicable to you. You agree to complete and return to us promptly such tax certification forms as we may reasonably require from time to time. 19.3 You confirm, on the date on which the Agreement comes into effect and for so long as it remains in effect, the following matters:
