Your Cancellation Rights. 8.1.1 As You have specifically requested a visit from Us for the purpose of carrying out urgent repairs and/or maintenance, You will not be entitled to an 18 calendar day cancellation period further to Section 28(1)(e) of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. 8.1.2 If You cancel this Agreement but there are charges that are due to Us, You will remain responsible to pay these charges.
