YOUR ENTRY PAYMENT. 11.1 On or before the Commencement Date you must pay us the Entry Payment. 11.2 You will not be entitled to exercise rights of occupancy of the Residential Unit or other benefits under this Agreement until you have paid the Entry Payment in full, even though this Agreement may have been completed and the Commencement Date may have arrived.
