Common use of Your Liability Clause in Contracts

Your Liability. 15.2.1 Where more than one person is a resident of a Room and comprised in the definition of “you” or “your”, your obligations shall be joint and several. This means that the liability of more than one person may be split between you or that one person may be held liable for the entire obligations of all of you. 15.2.2 Where a Responsible Party has entered into this Agreement, the Responsibility Party’s obligations shall be joint and several with you in accordance with clause 11. This means that your liability may be split between you and the Responsible Party or the Responsible Party may be held liable for your obligations under this Agreement.
