Common use of Your Obligation for Negative Balances Clause in Contracts

Your Obligation for Negative Balances. You must keep enough money in your Account to pay for each transaction and any associated fees. You are responsible for any amount that is charged in excess of your Account balance. Subject to the terms of the section titled “Deduction of Fees”, if your Account has a negative balance, we may deduct the negative balance amount from any current or future funds in your Account or any other card or account you register or maintain with the Bank.
