Common use of Your obligation to pay the Accommodation Clause in Contracts

Your obligation to pay the Accommodation. Fees (a) You must pay the Accommodation Fees relevant to Your Room Type and Accommodation Type without deduction or set-off. (b) You must pay the Accommodation Fees using the payment methods set out in the Accommodation Fee Schedule or as otherwise notified by Us from time to time. (c) Except if this agreement is terminated by Us because We are unable to continue to provide the Room on an ongoing basis in accordance with clause 20(a), You are responsible for paying the Accommodation Fee for the whole of the Residency Period even if this agreement is terminated and You no longer reside in the Room or You cease to be a Full Time Student.
