You agree to mail or deliver payment to the place indicated on your xxxx so that payment is received no later than the due date. We are not responsible for any discomfort, inconvenience, or damage of any kind caused by interruption or failure of utility services. Landlord is not responsible for increases to utility bills that may result from leaks or damage that are not promptly reported to Landlord.
