GUESTS AND OVERNIGHT STAYS. You may have guests in the Apartment and your Bedroom at any reasonable time. Guests do not have any rights under this Lease Agreement. Guests may not be given access keys at any time. You must be present in any access controlled areas of the Community, including your Apartment and/or Bedroom any time that you have guests and may not leave them unattended. You will be responsible for all of the actions, damages, or violations of this Lease Agreement by any of your guests. Guests, which include other residents of the Community, may stay overnight in your Bedroom for a total of 5 nights per month, but only 3 consecutive nights each month, and in no event more than 30 days during the Lease Term. If we suspect and/or have evidence that a guest has stayed overnight beyond the maximum number of nights set forth in this Lease Agreement, you may be found in default of your Lease Agreement at our discretion.
