Your Personal Property. If You fail to vacate the Premises as required, Regis will have the right to remove You and recover possession thereof without any liability for trespass or otherwise. If Your Personal Property remains in or about the Premises after this Contract has expired without renewal or has been terminated, You will be charged for the removal and storage of any such personal property. If Your personal property is not reclaimed and any accrued storage fees paid within two (2) weeks after the expiration or any termination of this Contract, such personal property will be treated as abandoned property, and Regis may donate or otherwise dispose of such property without any liability whatsoever.
Your Personal Property. To the extent the Company finds your personal property on or before the Resignation Date, your personal property will be carefully packed and shipped to your home. The Company and you agree that you shall promptly schedule a time to meet, on or before the Resignation Date, with the Company’s information technology team to transfer your personal files to your personal computer.
Your Personal Property. A liability-only insurance policy will not reimburse you for the loss or damage to any of your personal property. You acknowledge that we are not responsible for insuring or reimbursing you for the loss of any of your personal property due to any damage, theft or other loss, unless required by law. If you decide to insure your own personal property from any damage, theft or other loss, you will need to obtain a renter’s insurance policy (as opposed to a liability-only policy) that will both provide the liability insurance required by this addendum as well as reimburse you in the event of the loss or damage to your personal property.
Your Personal Property. If reasonable efforts to trace you in order to comply with clause 6(b) above fail, we will dispose of your goods. This includes an entitlement to sell your goods. Perishable goods will be disposed of immediately. Other goods will be disposed of after a period of 21 days from the end of the notice period, using the council recycling or waste disposal services.
