Your Property. You release us, our agents and employees from all claims for loss of, or damage to, your personal property or that of any other person, that we received, handled or stored, or that was left or carried in or on the Vehicle or in any service vehicle or in our offices, whether or not the loss or damage was caused by our negligence or was otherwise our responsibility.
Your Property. 19.1 You may bring your property onto the Premises with our prior written consent.
Your Property. We will adjust all losses with you. A covered loss will be payable after a satisfactory proof of loss is received and the amount of the loss has been established either by written agreement with you or the filing of an appraisal award with us. Payment will be made to you unless another loss payee is named in the policy.

You release us, our agents and employees as well as Xxxxx Self-Storage from all claims for loss of, or damage to, your personal vehicle, your personal property or that of any other person, that was parked at the Xxxxx Self-Storage facility , or that we received, handled or stored, or that was left or carried in or on the Vehicle or in any service vehicle or in our offices, whether or not the loss or damage was caused by our negligence or was otherwise our responsibility.
Your Property. Although the school is a secure facility that is locked at night, DO NOT leave your team’s valuable items in the classroom overnight. If you have concerns about something of yours being stolen, then don’t leave it in the room overnight. Monticello High School or the VA Scholastic Chess Association are not responsible for items you leave in the room.
Your Property. 11.1 Whilst every effort is made to safeguard the Client’s property, the Hotel will not be held responsible for any loss or damage howsoever caused during the Event. Nor can the Hotel be responsibility for the loss or damage to gifts or decorations that have been delivered to or handed over to a representative of the Hotel for storage.
