Animals. The Hirer shall ensure that no animals (including birds) except guide dogs are brought into the premises, other than for a special event agreed to by the Village Hall. No animals whatsoever are to enter the kitchen at any time.
Animals. You must ensure that Guide dogs, Hearing dogs and assistance dog owners are allowed on the premises.
Animals. Tenant shall be entitled to keep no more than ( ) domestic dogs, cats or birds; however, at such time as Tenant shall actually keep any such animal on the Premises, Tenant shall pay to Landlord a pet deposit of DOLLARS ($ ), DOLLARS ($ ) of which shall be non-refundable and shall be used upon the termination or expiration of this Agreement for the purposes of cleaning the carpets of the building.
Animals. THERE WILL BE NO ANIMALS, unless authorized by a separate written Pet Addendum to this Residential Lease Agreement. Tenant shall not permit any animal, including mammals, reptiles, birds, fish, rodents, or insects on the property, even temporarily, unless otherwise agreed by a separate written Pet Agreement. If tenant violates the pet restrictions of this Lease, Tenant will pay to Landlord a fee of $ per day per animal for each day Tenant violates the animal restrictions as additional rent for any unauthorized animal. Landlord may remove or cause to be removed any unauthorized animal and deliver it to appropriate local authorities by providing at least 24-hour written notice to Tenant of Landlord’s intention to remove the unauthorized animal. Landlord will not be liable for any harm, injury, death, or sickness to any unauthorized animal. Tenant is responsible and liable for any damage or required cleaning to the Property caused by any unauthorized animal and for all costs Landlord may incur in removing or causing any unauthorized animal to be removed.
Animals. No animals are allowed, even temporarily, anywhere in the Premises or the Community unless Owner has previously so authorized in writing. If Owner allows an animal (a dog or cat), Resident must sign a separate animal addendum and pay a pet fee (“Pet Fee”). A Pet Fee is non-refundable. Owner will authorize a support animal as a reasonable accommodation related to a disability, pursuant to applicable law. Owner may require a written statement from a qualified professional verifying the need for the support animal. Resident must not feed stray or wild animals. Resident will also be responsible for any pet deposit and/or monthly pet rent required by this Lease Contract. If Resident or any guest or occupant violates animal restrictions (with or without Resident’s knowledge), Resident will be subject to charges, damages, eviction, and other remedies provided in this Lease Contract. If an animal has been in the apartment at any time during Resident’s term of occupancy (with or without Owner’s consent) Owner will charge Resident for defleaing, deodorizing, and shampooing. Initial and daily animal-violation charges and animal removal charges are liquidated damages for Owner’s time, inconvenience, and overhead (except for attorney’s fees and litigation costs) in enforcing animal restrictions and rules. Owner may remove an unauthorized animal by (1) leaving, in a conspicuous place in the apartment, a 24-hour written notice of intent to remove the animal, and (2) following the procedures of the Default by Resident section of this Lease Contract. Owner may (but is not required to) keep or kennel the animal or turn it over to a humane society or local authority. When keeping or kenneling an animal, Owner will not be liable for loss harm, sickness, or death of the animal unless due to Owner’s sole negligence. Owner will return the animal to Resident upon request if the animal has not already been turned over to a humane society or local authority. Resident must pay for the animal’s reasonable care and kenneling charges. Owner has no lien on the animal for any purpose.
Animals. Tenant shall keep no domestic or other animals in or about the House without the prior written consent of Landlord.
Animals. Motorized land vehicles, including, but not limited to any land vehicle powered or assisted by a motor or engine. We do not cover any motorized land vehicle parts, equipment or accessories attached to or located in or upon any motorized land vehicle. We do cover motorized land vehicles designed for assisting the handicapped or used solely for the service of the insured premises and not licensed for use on public roads.
Animals. Any use of live animals by Sponsor/Exhibitor must be approved in advance by FIA, except assistance or service animals.
Animals. We do not cover bodily injury or property damage caused by an animal owned by or in the care, custody or control of an insured or a guest of an insured, or in the care, custody or control of any other occupant or a guest of any other occupant of the residence premises. This exclusion does not apply to service dogs trained to assist those with a disability.

Tenant, upon payment of all of the sums referred to herein as being payable by Tenant and Tenant's performance of all Tenant's agreements contained herein and Tenant's observance of all rules and regulations, shall and may peacefully and quietly have, hold and enjoy said Premises for the term hereof.
