Your rights as a Distance Learner include the following. o Clear details of the programme, and module choices available to you on your programme o Information on the support services available whilst studying at the University o Clear process for feeding back on the progress of your programme and access to a mechanism for input into the quality assurance processes of the University o Information on how your tuition fee is spent by the University o Consultation on changes to your programme o To be a member of the appropriate Students’ Union o Right to withdraw, as detailed within this Contract
