Your Server Runtime License. Subject to the terms and conditions in this AGREEMENT, you are granted the license to use and to distribute Developed Server Software, provided that you purchase one Server Runtime License for each Network Server operating the Developed Server Software (and/or Redistributable Files called or otherwise used directly by the Developed Server Software).
