Common use of Your Successors Clause in Contracts

Your Successors. This Agreement and all of your rights hereunder shall inure to the benefit of, and shall be enforceable by and binding upon, your personal or legal representatives, executors, administrators, successors, heirs, distributees, devisees and legatees. If you should die while any amounts are due and payable to you hereunder, all such unpaid amounts, unless otherwise provided herein, shall be paid in accordance with the terms of this Agreement to your designated beneficiary, if living, or otherwise to the personal representative of your estate. Any other attempted assignment, transfer, conveyance, or other disposition of your right to compensation or other benefits will be null and void without the Company’s written consent.
