Your Voluntary Resignation. You may voluntarily terminate your employment with the Company at any time with or without notice, and with or without Good Reason (as defined in Section 6.6 below). In the event that you voluntarily terminate your employment other than for Good Reason, you will not be entitled to severance pay, pay in lieu of notice or any other such compensation other than payment of accrued salary and vacation and such other benefits as expressly required in such event by applicable law or the terms of applicable benefit plans. All stock options and any unvested stock awards issued to you shall be controlled by the terms of the Plan.
Your Voluntary Resignation. In the event that you resign from your employment hereunder during the Term for reasons that do not constitute Good Reason, you must provide the Company with at least thirty days notice of such resignation. The Company may, in its sole discretion, continue to pay your Salary for the thirty day period and request that you refrain from coming to the Company offices, which request you hereby agree to honor. On the Date of Termination, other than payment of the Accrued Amounts in accordance with Section 4(a) and as required by law, all obligations of the Company to you, other than as required by law, shall cease.
