YOUR VOTE IS IMPORTANT. Whether or not you plan to attend the special meetings, please take the time to vote by completing and mailing to us the enclosed proxy card. This will not prevent you from revoking your proxy at any time prior to the special meetings or from voting your partnership interests in person if you later choose to attend the special meetings. We intend to mail checks to the partners of participating partnerships promptly after completing the mergers.
