ZERO POINTS IF EXCUSED INVESTMENT. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in Section 3.4(a), a Partner shall be allocated zero Points with respect to a Portfolio Investment if, pursuant to Section 3.7, such Partner is excused from making a Capital Contribution with respect to, or otherwise participating in, such Portfolio Investment.
