All inspections, licenses, permits required to be made or issued in respect of such buildings and amenities have been and Borrower hereby covenants will be, made or issued by the appropriate authorities. The use and occupancy of such buildings for their intended purposes is and Borrower hereby covenants will be, lawful under all applicable laws. Final certificates of occupancy or the equivalent have been, or will be, issued by the appropriate governmental authority and Borrower hereby covenants will be in effect for each Unit prior to the closing of the sale of any Timeshare Interest in such Unit. The timeshare use and occupancy of Units does not violate or constitute a non-conforming use or require a variance under any private covenant or restriction or any zoning, use or similar law, ordinance or regulation affecting the use or occupancy of a Timeshare Project.
