Điều 3. General Agreement/ Thỏa thuận chung In order to provide convenience for Customer in securities trading, Securities Company agrees to offer Customer Trading Service through the following methods: telephone, SMS, web-trading, and trading via broker or teller and other agreed methods (if any). Every transaction order of Customer carried out by any of the above mentioned methods is considered valid and same as orders placed directly at Securities Company’s Headquarter or any of its branches and/or its transaction offices. Customer shall be deemed to have agreed that the documents prepared by Securities Company for the supplying and implementing of services is evidence of acceptance of Customer for all vouchers prove the using services of Customer, including without limitation: requirement for providing services, orders, withdraw order, transfer order, Cash Automatic advance from the sale trading order without customer's signature.
