4a-60g The Contractor shall submit an invoice to the Client Agency for the Performance. The invoice shall include detailed information for Goods or Services, delivered and Performed, as applicable, and accepted. Any late payment charges shall be calculated in accordance with the Connecticut General Statutes.
Waiver, Amendments, Etc The Trust shall not waive, modify, amend, supplement or consent to any waiver, modification, amendment of or supplement to, any of the provisions of the Certificate of Trust, the Trust Agreement or any of the other Transaction Documents unless, if no Insurer Default shall have occurred and be continuing, Financial Security shall have consented thereto in writing.

Amendments to Definitions Section 1.1 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by inserting the following new definitions in alphabetical order.
