Субподрядчик вправе. 6.4.1. unilaterally and extrajudicially terminate this Offer Agreement by providing to Solar Staff the termination notification via Subcontractor’s Personal Profile within the Solar Staff Service no less than 30 (Thirty) calendar days prior to the projected Offer Agreement termination date.
