Calculation methodology No adjustment in the Conversion Price need be made unless the adjustment would require an increase or decrease of at least 1% in the Conversion Price then in effect, provided that any adjustment that would otherwise be required to be made shall be carried forward and taken into account in any subsequent adjustment. Except as stated in this Article VI, the Conversion Rate will not be adjusted for the issuance of Common Stock or any securities convertible into or exchangeable for Common Stock or carrying the right to purchase any of the foregoing. Any adjustments that are made shall be carried forward and taken into account in any subsequent adjustment. All calculations under Article V and Section 6.06 hereof and this Section 6.07 shall be made to the nearest cent or to the nearest 1/10,000th of a share, as the case may be.
Payments Terms A. The County shall make payments upon the agreed upon price for a specific Job Order as listed in the Notice to Proceed. The County will make progress payments monthly as the Work proceeds on estimates approved by County Project Manager. The Contractor shall furnish a breakdown of the total Contract price showing the amount included therein for each principal category of the Work, to provide a basis for determining progress payments. The County will only pay for actual Work in place.
Early Withdrawal Provisions We will impose a penalty if You withdraw any of the principal funds before the maturity date. The penalty imposed will equal the sum of the $25.00 administrative fee plus 180 days of dividends on the amount withdrawn. Renewal Policies. Your Account will renew automatically upon maturity and You will have a seven-calendar-day grace period immediately following the maturity of Your Account during which You may make withdrawals from Your Account without penalty.

Payment Methodology The Contractor shall be compensated based on the Service Rates in Attachment for units of service authorized by the Institution in a total amount not to exceed the Contract Maximum Liability established in Section C.1. The Contractor’s compensation shall be contingent upon the satisfactory completion of units of service or project milestones identified in Attachment B. The Contractor shall submit invoices, in form and substance acceptable to the Institution with all of the necessary supporting documentation, prior to any payment. Such invoices shall be submitted for completed units of service or project milestones for the amount stipulated.
Calculation of Vacation Pay Vacation pay shall be at the rate effective immediately prior to the vacation period. However, should any salary increase become effective during the employee's vacation period, he/she shall receive the benefit of such increase from the effective date.
Contract Term Adjustment “Contract Term Adjustment” means adjustment only as provided for in the three circumstances described in this Subsection. Under these circumstances, the contract term shall be adjusted in writing to include additional calendar days in one or more Normal Operating Seasons equal to the actual time lost, except as limited by paragraph (b) in this Subsection. To qualify for such adjustment, Purchaser shall give written notice of the lost time not later than 30 days after end of Normal Operating Season in which time was lost and at least 10 days before Termination Date. Contracting Officer shall make prompt written acknowledgment of such notice, indicating concurrence with the number of days in the notice or the number of days Forest Service considers as qualifying for the adjustment.
