Merger or Consolidation Section 8.11
Investment of Funds NCPS will not commingle Escrow Funds received by it in escrow with funds of others and shall not invest such Escrow Funds. The Escrow Funds will be held in a non-interest bearing account.
Definitions of Certain Terms The terms "interested person" and "affiliated person," when used in this Agreement, shall have the respective meanings specified in the 1940 Act and the rules and regulations thereunder, subject to such exemptions as may be granted by the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Limitation of Funds In no case shall the Government’s financial liability exceed the amount obligated under this Agreement.

Incorporation of Certain Terms You acknowledge that You have entered a Product Lease Agreement with MailFinance Inc. (the “Lease”). Any defined terms in the Lease shall have the same meanings in this Maintenance Agreement, except that “We,” “Us,” and “Our,” refer to Neopost USA Inc. Sections 17 through 25 of the Lease are hereby incorporated into this Maintenance Agreement, except that any reference in those sections to the “Lease” refers to this Maintenance Agreement.
Meanings of Certain Common Words The word “including” shall be understood to mean “including, but not limited to.” The word “Section” refers to the applicable section of this Agreement and, unless otherwise stated, includes all subsections thereof. The word “Article” refers to articles of this Agreement.
Limitation on Payment of Funds Despite section A4.1:
Reallocation of Funds COUNTY reserves the right to reallocate the available program funds to other service areas based on CONTRACTOR performance or client demand.
Entry into effect of the MLI The effects of the MLI on this Agreement, as laid out in this Annex, shall have effect in Singapore:
